COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A Collaboration with Fountainhead and the Aviary. There Gose the Neighborhood" is our take on the classic style Gose, which is a salted and sour wheat beer. Brewed with roasted red pepper, cilantro, calamansi limes, and fermented out with brettanomyces its a unique mix of flavors that blend together for a unique cocktailesque and culinary inspired experience. Its spicy and sour and, honestly unlike anything you’ll ever try!

Refrigerated 0.5 L brown squat bottle from shrubber85 poured into a glass. Hazy light orange with medium/light body, aroma is Ted pepper, medium carbonation, and good small-bubble lacing. Taste is fresh red pepper, fresh cilantro, brine, some Brett, and limes. The adjuncts dominate the flavor, competing flavors, pretty weird, not my thing.

500 ml bottle from the Party Source. Pours a hazy golden color with a small off white head. The aroma and flavor have pale wheat malts, salt, peppery spice, citrus notes favoring lime, Brett funk, very messy with quite a bit going on.

DocJitsu (1991) - Pensacola, Florida, USA - DEC 1, 2016
Pours a pale yellow with an ample white head. Bourbon nose. Faint lemon and seltzer notes as well. Flavors are the same with a chili quality. Refreshing mouthfeel. Doesn’t seem true to style, but I love the bourbon qualities.
