22 oz hand bottle shared by shrubber85. Pours a dark brown color with a small off white head. The aroma and flavor have dark fruits, chocolate, ash, bourbon, oak, brown sugar, tobacco and some earthy character, sweet, this is a big beer, softer carbonation, I would like to try this again on draft.

Bottle shared. The beer is a dark brown to black with no head. The aroma has caramel and toffee and a big sweetness. The taste is very sweet. Big body and lower carbonation.

22 oz. handbottle shared by Patrick or Roger - thanks again! Pours a deep brown color, hazy, with no head. Notes of brown sugar, cola, rootbeer, cocoa, vanilla, tobacco, earth, and dark chocolate. Medium-bodied, with low carbonation and a sweet, heavy mouthfeel. Probably warrants trying again on tap. But not bad nonetheless.

@ phaleslu’s cinci tasting. Big bottle, with a bootleg label. Looks like a hand-bottle. Clear brown color. Pretty much no head. Moderate bit heat, some moderate to bigger sweet taste, light to moderate bitter. Big vanilla, dark chocolate, some fruitiness. Heat suggests more than 10%, a bit strong. Medium to bigger body. Very light carbonation. Mild slick, mild drying finish. Pretty tasty stuff. Had to go back for another sip of this. My example is a bit excessively sweet, with heat, and lowly carbonated, though. Would be worth retrying.

Tap. Pours deep reddish black, medium tan head, decent lacing. Aroma is bourbon, vanilla, cocoa, roasty. Flavor is medium sweet, light bitter, lots of bourbon, vanilla, coconut, cocoa, oak. A fair bit of tannic astringent. Molasses and a touch of anise on the finish. Fullish body, quite creamy in the mouth.

Draft. Bourbon and chocolate fudge malt aroma. Dark brown with moderate head. Sweet chocolate malt, ash, and smooth bourbon flavor. Nice balance. A bit boozy but still pleasant.
