I had some time to kill between sporting events so I spent it enjoying the atmosphere of one of my favorite spots in town. This was the lightest beer on the flight that afternoon so it went first. An excellent and drinkable table beer this is the sort of goto beer which every brewery should offer.
Aroma / Appearance - A transparent golden base and flecks of white head are light as I expected. Green tea, chamomile, and ginger ale are airy and soft like a cream soda.
Flavor / Palate - Light and fluid, the mouthfeel carries a soft bodied beer that fades quickly. It would be easy to drink a whole pint without realizing the fine textures of green tea and cream soda. The soft hops hang around like the last rays of sunlight. If not for the other beers I would have ordered more.
Draft at the source. Clear pale yellow, massive white head, delicate lacing. Aroma of my grandmother’s perfume. Taste is doftly herbal and floral. Easy to drink. drfabulous (8809) - Lexington, Kentucky, USA - OCT 20, 2012
Draught at brewery. Slight floral taste with a bit of that bread/biscuit pils to it. Not sure what to make of it. Ok. ContemplateBeer (2097) - Louisville, Kentucky, USA - OCT 7, 2012
Aroma of crackers, apple, moderate noble hops and some chamomile. Appearance is well carbonated gold with foamy white head. Flavor is fruity up front with herbal/noble hop snappiness in the finish; the chamomile is ever-present, but subtle. Palate is soft and bubbly. Fantastic golden ale; what I imagine a really great Czech Lager would resemble. queenholly (3623) - South Whitley, Indiana, USA - OCT 6, 2012
Tap at brewery. Musty Belgian yeast, light fruity chamomile aroma. Clear golden with a small white head. Funky Belgian yeast, sweet creamy malt flavor with a light chamomile finish. Medium creamy body.

Draft. Musty yeast, chamomile, and fruity malt aroma. Pale yellow with small head. Sweet apple/chamomile malt and musty yeast flavor. Very tasty. maxwelldeux (4433) - Snohomish, Washington, USA - OCT 3, 2012
Draught at the brewpub. Pours a golden color with a moderate head. It has a sweetness to the nose of it that is reminiscent of a Belgian style, but the taste isn’t too sweet. It’s a very light beer, too.
