Draft at Shenanigans in Kentucky. Cloudy deep amber with a big off white head. Aroma of caramel, citrus peel, pine and an underlying earthiness. Flavor is sweet and malty with a rough abrasive bitterness, alcohol shows through. Medium body with some residual sweetness. Not a big fan, kind of sweet and abrasive.
not what i was expecting with an IPA with its strong citrus aroma and a more golden color, but once tasted had the same citrus flavor with just the right amount of bitterness. yespr (44807) - Copenhagen O, DENMARK - MAR 13, 2013
From tap at MikkellerBar. Against the grain version is dark orange, clearer too. Both with a small white head. Aroma is orange fruity, crisp citrusy. Grain version is more crisp citrusy. Bitter and lasting citrusy finish. I prefer the Against the Grain version.

This draft brew from a beer festival poured a small sized head of foamy fine to medium sized bubbles that were and left behind a softly carbonated transparent light red brown colored body and an excellent lacing. The mild aroma was hoppy. The semi-flat mouth feel was weakly tingly at the start mediumly tingly at the finish. . An OK brew just nothing special. drfabulous (7813) - Lexington, Kentucky, USA - SEP 8, 2012
Draught at Shenanigans. Big malty IPA. Thick overall. Caramel taste with toffee. Nice bitterness to finish.

tap at Trion tavern - Okay, the beer description for this entry says it is distinct from the Invasion ipa at Drake’s. The description for that beer says they are the same. I guess I’ll enter my rating here. No idea which description is correct...
Pours amber-orange and has an aroma of caramel and citrus. The flavor features good bitterness balanced by caramel accented sweetness. It’s medium bodied and well done. PhillyCraft (7092) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - JUN 6, 2012
On tap at Farmers, pours a dark red brown color, small white head and lacing. Aromas of orange, fresh hops, and toast. Taste was the same with a nice hoppiness. Better then cali version. Theis (15152) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - MAY 16, 2012
