Draft @ ATG. Slightly cloudy golden yellow with a white head. Aroma of bread dough, banana/clove and a light smoke character. Flavor is rich bready malt, zesty yeast and light smoke. Medium to light body with soft carbonation. Really nice beer, the smoke character is mild but adds a nice touch to the base beer.
Rated on 7-25-2015 at 800 Degrees Three Fires, Fort Wayne, IN. This draft beer is served with a small white head that fully diminished, transparent yellow body, very little carbonation observed, and no lacing. The aroma is light smoke, malt and some banana. The flavor mimics the aroma. The mouthfeel is light carbonation and this beer is medium bodied. A quaffable beer with light smoke and not much else. thedm (6279) - Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA - JUL 25, 2015
This draft brew from a restaurant poured a head of foamy white colored bubbles that were quickly diminishing and left behind a very softly carbonated transparent light yellow orange colored body. The mild aroma was musty. The off-tasting mouth feel was weakly tingly at the start and at the finish with a lingering malty aftertaste. The ok flavor contained notes of bitter mild lager mild wheat mild hops and malt. An OK brew just nothing special. Cybercat (5962) - Georgia, USA - JUN 30, 2015
Pours hazy golden, barely translucent, both a thin white head. Wheat aroma has a smoky overtone. Flavor is wheat you, smoky, and a little fruity. Mouthfeel has thick body but not much fizz. Get hammy! Brigadier (3710) - Chagrin Falls, Ohio, USA - NOV 28, 2012

Working my way down the flight I transitioned to a so-so smoked beer. It was hardly hammy but at least it was a weiss. For that it gets some credit. Regardless it was a slight miss by the masterful brewers.
Aroma / Appearance - A semi-transparent coppery base is an inauspicious start. The fluid base shows evidence of idle carbonation. The nose smells like someone dropped a banana into a half full ashtray. Peanut butter on white bread was less expected.
Flavor / Palate - Apple cider, banana nut bread, and chocolate are in the spirit of a hefeweizen. Missing though is the smoky nature I was anticipating. This is more like a dusting of bacon dust than a full fledged smoked beer.
Draft at the source. Hazy yellow gold color. Aroma of berry bubblegum. Taste is sweet herbal candy bubblegum. Interesting.

Draught at brewery. Smokey with light almost weisse/yeast like taste to it. Odd overall. But I also don’t care for smoked beers. maxwelldeux (4374) - Snohomish, Washington, USA - OCT 3, 2012
Draught at the brewpub. For being of the smoked style, it was not very smokey. I got almost no smoke from it. To me, it was just an average, unremarkable beer. Meh. tmongoose (2504) - Louisville, Kentucky, USA - SEP 25, 2012
yellowish color with minimal white head. the aroma of the typical weiss with banana is present with the hints of smoke. the smoke is not overpowering by any means. mellow flavor and not really all that bad. just different and unique. wnoble (1251) - Grand Rapids, Michigan, USA - SEP 21, 2012
Plus golden with a white head. Nose is banana, very light spice, and pleasant smokiness. Flavor is semi sweet with a great earthy smokiness and cooked banana breads. A great twist on a seemingly unchanging style.
