Draft @ Delirium Hoppy Loft.
77ships (9827) - Antwerpen, BELGIUM - MAY 7, 2013
15 cl. draft sample @ Delirium Hoppy Loft. Dark brown with a big creamy beige head. Sweet, light mocha nose, lightly lactic (buckwheat I assume?), sweet creamy, light white chocolate, touch watery,… Taste is sweet mocha, milk chocolate, light white chocolate, lactic, light sweet roast, sweet coffee,… Body is a bit light but very easy to drink. Almost like a delicious mild. Nice & easy to drink, delicious. blipp (9278) - La Mesa, California, USA - OCT 16, 2012
Draft. Copper, beige head. Toasted malt, grain, low sweetness, medium earthy hoppy notes. Well balanced and very drinkable. Borresteijn (7078) - Zaandam, NETHERLANDS - MAR 11, 2013
On tap at Beer Temple. Clear dark reddish brown colour, off-white head. Sold as a milk stout. Aroma of burnt caramel, light roast, chocolate, veggies, quite sweet as well. Flavour is medium-sweet, chocolate and caramel, some hard roasted malts, cocoa, vegetal and leafy bitter finish. Light-bodied. Not great imo, as with most beers from this brewery so far. sic1314 (4775) - Leiden, NETHERLANDS - APR 3, 2013

On tap @ Beer Temple. Clear, deep (red)brown color. Dense, off white to beige head. Aroma’s: roast, cocoa, ground coffee, mocha, with lactose and some fruit/berries retronasal. Flavor: lightly sweet, roasted, light fruity. Light bodied, soft carbonation. Finishes roasted and medium bitter. ContemplateBeer (2089) - Louisville, Kentucky, USA - DEC 8, 2012
Aroma of chocolate with an earthy/nutty presence (I imagine this is the buckwheat) and light/moderate resin. Appearance is murky brown with bone head. Flavor matches the nose; the buckwheat is a perfect substitution for the nutty malts usually found in the style. Palate is bubbly. Really quite good. fugitive (2005) - Athens, GREECE - JUN 1, 2013
Draft. Color dark red with small head. Aroma caramel, malt, bread. Taste sweet, malt, caramel, fruits, spicy.
