On draught at Saraveza’s Farmhouse and Wild Ale Festival. Light hazy yellow color. Yeasty notes with a bit of wheat taste. Looking forward to more seasonal saisons!

2015 Brett aged vintage on tap at Saraveza Portland Farmhouse & Wild Ale Festival. Aroma is barnyard funk, dried fruits, wet hay, hint of spice. Light bodied, funky on the palate with a dry finish. Taste is barnyard funk, dandelion, hint of dried fruit. Fantastic.

Salmoniform (1272) - Sweet Home, Oregon, USA - APR 13, 2014
Poured from tap to glass. Hazy orange hue with white head that dissipated to a ring. Aroma is nectarine, acid, spicy hops, slight farmhouse funk. Mouthfeel is great with a light body and delicate carbonation. Taste is dry initially with a nice bitter following leading to a hidden sweet estery zest in the finish. Overall this is a great brew.

Saison’s seem to be the specialty here at Agrarian Ales. I must say, they are good, but none are perfect. This one is no exception. I’ve had much better.

Nose was spicy and peppery, appearance was cloudy/unfiltered straw. Body was ok, but I must have gotten the first pour as it was under carbonated. Overall, it was a good beer. Leave your pretensions at the door.

On tap at Saraveza’s Farmhouse and Wild Ale Festival, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma of earthy musty notes, barnyard funk and some fresh wheat. Flavour brings out dry wheat, mild barnyard notes and fresh dry bread. Easily drinkable, full of wheat. Very good stuff.
