I enjoyed this. The malt is well balanced with the crispness that you’d want from a pilsener. First light Mexican beer really worth much. MartinT (10014) - Montreal, Quebec, CANADA - OCT 17, 2015
My Bottom Line:Lubiere (14124) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - OCT 11, 2015
Expansive effervescence and acetaldehyde dominate this brew’s profile, leading to a slightly acidic finish.
Further Personal Perceptions:
-A frothy head of foam is nice to look at, but points towards a problem.
-This has none of a Pilsener’s signature flavors and texture.
-Citrusy fruitiness is found here and there.
-Yet another problematic Mexican bottle. Sigh...
A lightly hazed golden pils with a thick frothy white head. In aroma, sweet caramel malt with light grassy hops, light off notes, OK. In mouth, a sweet fruity malt with light cider character, apple, aldehyde, so-so. Marheb (5902) - San Diego, California, USA - SEP 16, 2015
Draft. Pours clear gold with a fizzy white head. Tastes like bready malt, sweet corn, and light citrus. Light body and low carbonation. Smells like bready malt, sweet corn, and light citrus.

Tap at Puesto. Pours clear gold with a medium, frothy white head, medium retention with good lacing. Aroma is Pils malt, light corn notes with spicy hops. Flavor is crisp Pils malt, light hops and medium bitterness with a dry finish. Light body and medium carbonation. patxa (210) - MEXICO - APR 8, 2014
The thing about this beer, yes, refreshing, nice medium body, malts and yeast with light and citric hoppiness, light astringency and some pine notes there. But no signs of a pilsener anywhere. Not even the yellowish headless looks. An accessible very light IPA or a stingy pale lager. But not a pilsener. dalfaro86 (309) - Mexico City, MEXICO - MAR 1, 2013
Pours a semi cloudy light orange brew with a médium sized withe head with regular to good retention, the aroma is fruity and hoppy with notes of pine, spices and tropical fruits, médium bodied, refreshing, the flavor has notes of tropical fruits, pine and spices, bittersweet finish, good balance, by far the tastiest pilsner ive ever had.
