Birra amara e secca, molto adatta all’estate. Equilibrata, proprio ben riuscita. rouhlas (4018) - Thessaloniki, GREECE - OCT 18, 2014

In short: A very soft fruity golden pale ale with extremely high drinkability.DanielBrown (4578) - Birmingham (via Leicester), West Midlands, ENGLAND - JUL 17, 2014
How: Hand-pulled cask at La Cerveteca, Barcelona.
The look: Clear golden body topped by a fluffy off-white head.
In long: The soft hoppy nose is mostly fruity with no specific fruits I could pick up. In mouth the beer feels rather thin (but not watery) with the usual cask relaxed carbonation, typical cask conditioned small-beer mouthfeel. Taste is very much on the soft side. There is chewy pale malts with low sweetness sensation. There is fresh hops that are somewhere between leafy and fruity. The bitterness is very mild. Everything about this beer is soft and smooth, but its simple flavors are well defined. It might be too simple and not tasty enough to deserve a high rating but my pint went down in record time, this is an enjoyable beer, even if a very soft one. A very good Spanish Pale Ale, and a big shout out to brewers from all around the world, without you guys I would run the risk of developing some kind of skin disease because I’d spend time outside.
Bottle from friend. Pours with an absolutely monumental foam head: super lively. Tastes a bit raw, but is generally very agreeable indeed. Good earthy hops. Nice.
