Es una cervesa de fermentació mixta, conté Pura Pale i Làmbic. Envellida en bota de roure durant 12 mesos i 12 mesos més en ampolla, per tant és una cervesa de temporada, només l’elaborem un cop l’any, per aquest motiu té el nom de Setembre. Aquesta cervesa ens agrada molt per abans dels àpats, i beure-la amb formatges forts, olives i mariscs o fruits del mar. Recomanable servir en porró, aconseguint així una bona oxigenació de la cervesa.

Pyrmir (6210) - Uppsala, SWEDEN - DEC 11, 2016
750 ml bottle shared in Madrid. Slightly hazy golden with white head. Aroma and taste are slightly sour, lactic, saison yeast, slight banana, fruit, sweet malt and wood. Good stuff!

ciocanelu (2942) - Timisoara, ROMANIA - NOV 26, 2016
Orange color with just a few transparent bubbles. Aroma has intense lambic funk with damp cellar and wood notes. Even a bit of balsamic vinegar. Taste is quite weird. Lots of lambic funk, really earthy, dusty wood bitterness. Light body, no carbonation. Really weird beer. I expected a sour but it’s just flat, funky and bitter.

Bottle at RBESG 2016 Grand Tasting Part 1, Brew Pub Le Sec. Hazy orange with no real head. Aroma of citrus, light Brett funk, slight woody notes. Flavour is light moderate sour. Light medium bodied with soft carbonation. [09-07-2016]

RBESG 2016 in Barcelona, Grand Tasting. Golden to amber colour. Sour, very little carbonation. Funky, tart, some bitterness.

9th July 2016: RBESG Grand Tasting (part 1). Clear golden amber pour, light weight white head on top. This was more ’farmyardy’ than the other Masia Agullons Sours we tried. More sour too, this was almost acidic in nature and a real sour puss of a beer. Not really to my liking.

Bottle sample tasted at BBF Lab Madrid 2016 on the 02/07/2016. orange to amber colour with a white coloured head. Aroma of spiced brettanomyces, tart, citrus, green apples and oak. Taste is lactose and tart. Not well balanced flavour, inconsistence sour. Next one please!

Bottle shared at King Arthur, Rome. Hazy copper, a few soapy bubbles. Vinegary fruit. A little grape skin funk. Watery odd tart. Very plain, a little vanilla.

Sample @ Cantillon Quintessence 2016. Fruity and bretty, acidic, medium body with an oily texture, the finish is dry and acidic.
