COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Bottled, from Cervezorama, Madrid. Hazy golden, no head. Funky brett aroma. Mid dry with light-medium body. No acidity, but really funky with sweaty dill and cooked seafood. Spritzy, complex and rustic, yet with elegance. Light salty finish. Really interesting stuff.

Svartvit (918) - NETHERLANDS - AUG 27, 2017
Sampled at BXL Beerfest Brussel. Pours a clear orange/amber with a small white head. Oaky, vinous, white wine, light vanilla, brett.

martjoobolut (4857) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - AUG 27, 2017
Bxlbeerfest. Pours golden-amber. Aroma is sour, oaky, fruity. Flavor is sour, oaky, fruity. Finish is dry. Overall: good.

Ernest (7748) - Boulder, Colorado, USA - AUG 25, 2017
Bottle. Virtually no head. Body is dark yellow to light amber. Aroma is lightly malty (toasted grain), lightly yeasty (barnyard), with notes of sour apple, sour cherry, sherry, oak. Flavor is lightly to moderately sweet, moderately acidic, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly sweet, moderately acidic, lightly to moderately bitter. Light to medium body, watery texture, flat carbonation. Huge disappointment from this otherwise promising brewery (the other three things I’ve had in the past were all 3.8-4.2 quality). Flat with pretty mild acidity for a "sour ale", and relatively lifeless overall. An expensive drain pour, even if not flawed in any way.

BlazerT (1202) - Sosnowiec, POLAND - AUG 21, 2017
Wyraźnie brettowe w aromacie, dzikie do granic możliwości. W smaku zaskakujące - nie tak kwaśnie i dzikie jak zapowiadał aroma. Generalnie ciekawe.

3.5
heman (1110) - Tychy, POLAND - AUG 21, 2017
Barwa złota, piwo klarowne. Aromat bardzo intensywny, dziki: koń, stajnia, mokre siano, wioska. Rasowy silnie zdziczały lambik. W smaku zaskoczenie. Kwaśność bardzo niska, słodowe, nieco aromatów przyprawowych, finisz wytrawny, lekko cierpki. Mega dziwne piwo.

dropi6 (537) - POLAND - AUG 21, 2017
Half of the bottle clear, second very hazy. Very intense sour, wild nose, horse, barnyard. In mouth - completely different from nose - Dry, malty, mint, not sour at all, bretts. Very interesting beer.

Clear, straw colour. Extremly wild in aroma, some lacto. Medium sourness, fruity, tart finish.

krumbum (1109) - truckee, California, USA - MAR 4, 2017
Nice bright slight rubber tart funk to the smell. Still slight hazy copper little to no head. Great sour oaky base but very still. Good lemon funk.

4.2
Ysok02 (1714) - Mons, BELGIUM - MAR 4, 2017
