5/VIII/17 - 30cl bottle from AH supermarket @ home - BB: XII/2017 (2017-1175)

Clear blond beer, irregular white head, dissolves into bigger bubbles, and falls down rather quickly. Aroma: grains, cow fodder, malty, sweet, some caramel, bit of banana. MF: ok carbon, medium to light body. Taste: pretty sweet start, malty, some caramel, soft bitterness, bit grassy. Aftertaste: slightly fruity touch, mainly sweet, bit sugary, some caramel. Pretty decent lager, or maybe I’m just thirsty. :p

Naar, vervelend bier dat nergens naar smaakt. Dat dit in een winkel als de albert heijn verkocht wordt..

Zlotta (3728) - Hagen / Düsseldorf, GERMANY - JUN 20, 2017
Sampled from 0.33 l can from ’AH’ (Zaltbommel), best before February 2018. Clear, golden yellow with a thin, frothy, quickly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, slightly grassy aroma of grains and some straw. Sweetish, malty, slightly grassy taste of grains and straw, followed by a short, moderately bitter, slightly grassy and a bit dry finish. Medium body, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Decent Pale Lager!

Can 0.33l from Albert Heijn supermarket Amstedam, The Netherlands. 2016. Pour it clear golden color with medium white head. Aroma light malty notes almost nothing. Taste pretty much metallic, skunky, some sweet corn finish, although it’s not so bad, light body, thin feel, average carbonation, watery finish.

Drank from a bottle at a party. Basic lager which does the job. Quite an easy drinking beer

Cat at home. Aroma is light grainy malt, touch of cereal, cardboard, hint of apples. Flavour is light sweet bitter. Body is light to medium, bit weak. Just your ’basic’ bland Lager, nothing ’premium’ about it.

Can shared thanks to Deanso. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma of light grain and malt. Really not much going on here. Flavour is light sweet and bitter. Metallic notes coming out as you drink it. Light bodied with moderate carbonation. Wow Dean, you’re really spoiling me today!
