Sigmund (7919) - Tau, NORWAY - AUG 18, 2005
Bottle, RBESG 2005, Grand Tasting. Strong aroma of Christmas spices, sweet malts and vegemite. Very SWEET flavour, molasses galore. Far too sweet in my book.

Ungstrup (38421) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - AUG 15, 2005
A deep red beer with a disappearing brown head. The aroma is sweet roasted with light notes of chocolate. The flavor is sticky sweet with some notes of vegetables, and with an acidic end. I don’t know what went wrong here - bad bottle? I use to like the style, but this was just not me.

JensenTaster (1719) - DENMARK - AUG 15, 2005
(On bottle at RBESG 2005) Redgolden, almost brown colour, light, with no head.Juniper, brown cookies(the x-mas ones) and a small smoke in the aroma, witch is more complex than that. has alot of x-mas to it, with cardemomme and cloves notes too. Very nice and smooth mouth, creamy. roasted malts and burnt raisins in the finish.

TBone (18227) - Pori, FINLAND - AUG 14, 2005

Nut brown, small tanned head. Chocolaty nose. Liquerish, sweetish and chocolaty. A bit flat, otherwise good brew.

Pernille (518) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - AUG 14, 2005
Bottle RBESG. Rich, malty, choicolate aroma. Interesting flavor. Almost sour but with a full and satisfying palate.

Papsoe (25056) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - JUL 31, 2005
(Bottle 33 cl) Dark brown beer with a light brown head. Very "dark", roasted flavours. Very, very delicious roasted malts that completely dominte the body. Pronounced sweetness and pretty much without bitterness. Notes of roasted coffee-beans - roasted, not burnt. Chewy and very delicate. 270705
