Black pour with some reddish edges and a tan head. The aroma has strong milk chocolate with just a touch of coffee. It has a full body with kind of chewy texture with lively carbonation. The taste is mild sweet initially but quickly turns roasted and finishes dry. BeerInHeaven (479) - Brillion, Wisconsin, USA - SEP 29, 2017
Dark brown pour with a smallish tan head. malt and chocolate on the nose. Creamy mouth feel. Rich malty chocolaty taste. Smooth fast finish. Just a light sweetish linger. I have a hunch this bottle is fairly old. Still, pretty good beer. Skyview (6099) - Papoose Jct, Minnesota, USA - JAN 6, 2017
UPDATED: JAN 7, 2017 Picked up a single 12-oz bottle at Ridgeview Liquors in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Pours an opaque reddish dark brown colored brew with a fast dissipating off-white head that leaves being a film top and some spotty lacing. Aroma of chocolate and vanilla notes, a hint of coffee and some smoked oak. Taste is medium bodied, with flavors of both dark and Swiss chocolates, a hint of vanilla and some oak wood. Finish is quite neutral. No heavy lactose and plenty of roasted dark chocolate. The dry cocoa nib notes really stand out in the finish. One of the best cocoa nibs treatment sweet stouts I’ve tried. tmoreau (4631) - Lombard, Illinois, USA - OCT 19, 2016
On tap in the American Legion tent at the 2016 Sister Bay Fall Fest. Dispensed to plastic showing a black/brown hue, with tan/cream colored head froth, and wavy spray to the lacing. The nose was malty/soft grain, roasted notes, and cocoa. Medium bodied, with fair carbonation, the taste revealed some sweetness that was cocoa, caramel, and toffee, moderate, dark roast bitterness, a touch of creaminess to the mouthfeel, but texture that thinned a bit midway through. Still very tasty, and a repeater. bratschepeter (62) - Abilene, Texas, USA - JUN 3, 2016
On tap at Fox Valley Golf Club (Kaukauna, WI). Pours a very dark, opaque maroonish-brown; very little head that dissipates almost completely and leaves virtually no lacing. Aroma of coffee, vanilla and some aged wood. Taste is mostly the same... nice roasted, chocolate malt flavors predominate with a vanilla umdertone and a bit of sweetness. Mouthfeel is quite light and effervescent for a milk stout, and the cocoa (cacao) nib addition manifests itself with a slight, pleasantly bitter aftertaste. Not boozy at all and very enjoyable.

Draft. Stout with organic roasted cacao nibs. Maybe my favorite beer from these guys. Rich body, tons of cocoa, slight bit of coffee and finishing with creamy malt sweetness. Need more stouts like this.
