this is the first of 8 bottles given to me by my sister in law and samboer, how lovely! It is what I consider to be really my first german beer. I have had a few german beers, but this one was bought from germany by a german. so it is slightly more special.
pours crystal clear golden quite beautiful. nose is slightly peachy, some herbs, taste is light bready and some bitterness in a dry quick finish. I would say this is a good pizza session beer. Cheers dudes. HenrikSoegaard (14291) - Randers, DENMARK - JUL 23, 2009

Clear medium yellow orange color with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, toasted, apple. Flavor is light to moderate sweet and moderate bitter with a average duration. Body is medium to light, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft.
Botle 50 cl. A clear golden beer with a white head. Malty aroma, a little oxidized perhaps. Medium body, sweet malts, a little caramel and flowery accents. No actual bitterness. Pleasant. 291108 yespr (46781) - Copenhagen O, DENMARK - DEC 30, 2008
50 cL bottle, courtesy of Papsoe/Ungstrup. Pours slight cloudy yellow with a diminished white head. Vague butterish and mild spiced malty aroma. Light spiced and bitter flavoured with a dry malt base. Bitter and dry finish. A bit on the boring side.

Bottle, 4.8%. Weak bready aroma. Almost clear golden colour. Very small white head. The flavour is OK malty with a hint of citrus. Not fruity citrus, but it does well to balance the malt. The maltiness goes on to a little dusty notes. Maria (10211) - Thisted, DENMARK - DEC 1, 2008
It’s warm golden with a small white head. The aroma has sweetness and notes of malt and caramel. The flavour is sweet with notes of malt, caramel and light candy sugar. IMO it’s way too sweet for a Land bier. Ungstrup (38148) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - NOV 29, 2008
Bottled. A slightly hazy golden beer with a lazing beige. The aroma is sweet malty with primary notes of straw and some hay. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of straw, leading to a bitter finish. kappldav123 (6122) - GERMANY - JAN 15, 2008
The bottle looks good, the beer in the glass is astonishing dark. Aroma and flavor modest sourish. Not really drinkable. An average beer. Quack-Duck (9487) - Down South, GERMANY - DEC 21, 2007
bottle. Clear golden yellow. Medium-bodied slightly hoppy and pleasantly malty and fruity beer. Somehow reminds me of a Bohemian Pilsener from a small brewery. Franconian Helles with a Bohemian touch - a good and welcome combination.
