Idiosynkrasie (8433) - Bielefeld, GERMANY - NOV 27, 2017
500ml bottle. Barely clear, amber colour with average to huge, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Slightly doughy yeasty and bready, caramel malty aroma, a protein touch. Taste is minimally tart, bready, strawy and caramel malty, minimally doughy yeasty, minimally soapy hoppy, a touch of protein, some malt-spiciness, subtle sweetness, slightly bitter hoppy finish; soft carbonation, minimally watery. Quite complex like a good Zoigl, sadly a tad anaemic.

0,5 l Flasche gekauft in der Brauerei. Farbe: hellen bernstein. Aroma: Malzig, Getreidig. Leider keinerlei co2, wahrscheinlich Dichtung am Bügel defekt. Hopfen nicht wirklich warnehmbar.

_angst_ (5009) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - AUG 29, 2015
Bottle bought @ Landbierparadies. Pours pretty much clear deep golden brown with a rather small frothy offwhite head that doesn’t leave much trace on the glass while dissipating. Smell is malty and slightly floral with doughy dark bread, biscuits, sourdough crackers, hay, minerals and lemon peal. Taste is tiny sweet, bitter, slightly malty and floral. Mouthfeel is crisp, slightly dry, slightly astringent and light to medium bodied. Finish is bitter with dark bread, crispbread, sourdough crackers, hay, minerals and lemon peal. Pleasantly crisp and refreshing. Fairly dry with prominent floral bitterness. Enjoyable!

Clear amber color with an off-white head. Aroma is malty nad caramel. Flavor is medium sweet.

Koelschtrinker (22732) - Köln (Cologne), GERMANY - FEB 2, 2015
Getreidig bitterer Antrunk, wenig hopfig. Der Hopfen steigt dabei noch etwas, die Malzigkeit wird trocken. Starke Karbonisierung, insgesamt rund mit einigen Kanten. 8/8/8/9/8/9

omhper (26224) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - JUL 29, 2014
Bottled, from Landbierparadies, Nuremberg. Lightly hazy golden, small head. Grassy nose. Dryish with medium body and firm, rounded mouthfeel. Grassy and fruity. Salty bitter finish. Well balanced.

Beerhunter111 (23991) - Beerland, GERMANY - FEB 11, 2014
Ins Glas ergießt sich ein trübes dunkel orangegelbes Bier mit geringer Schaumkrone. Geruch malzig herb, grasig. Geschmack herb, malzig, grasig.

Erzengel (10027) - Wuppertal, GERMANY - DEC 29, 2013

motelpogo (8031) - Plzen, CZECH REPUBLIC - NOV 2, 2013
on tap at fuerth nightmarkets, served at the girl scouts stall. pale with a lingering head; some passionfruit vine in the aroma; really fresh and crisp with some granny smith skin in a quite bitter finish

Ernest (7939) - Boulder, Colorado, USA - MAY 12, 2013
UPDATED: MAY 13, 2013 Bottle. Head is initially small, frothy, off-white, mostly diminishing. Body is dark yellow. Aroma is lightly to moderately malty (toasted grain), lightly hoppy (herbs). Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly to moderately sweet, moderately bitter. Medium body, watery/syrupy texture, lively carbonation. Very simple, basic, malt-heavy rendition. A touch syrupy-sweeter than most, but not unpleasantly so. No flaws but instantly forgettable.
