Is the beer that recovers the legacy of the Original Alsacian Method that our founder, August Kuentzmann Damm, brought from his country. It is characterized by its soft flavour, obtained by a totally natural elaboration process, from rigorously selected ingredients.

Very pale colour. Light, soft bodied. Tastes like sweet water at first, especially if your coming from another, stronger beer. Bitterness is low, taste is soft malt, and some very light herbal notes. Not too bad, but too soft , sweet and expensive for my taste.

Overly sweet, grainy lager, somewhat cloying with a skunky hint. Not great.

Pours clear golden color, topped with a small and non-lasting white head. Very malty nose, corn, bread, sweet and syrupy. Light body. Sweet malty start with nothing to balance it. Typcial stuff.

UPDATED: JUL 10, 2017 Aroma: Cereal and subtle nuts notes. Appearance: Pale golden color with clear liquid and white head. Taste: Medium bitterness with light sour notes. Palate: Light body with thin texture and lively carbonation. Abrupt astringent finish. Overall: Not my style but it has good qualities. Fresh and easy to drink.

Nice maltiness that can be felt in the aroma too. Pleasant, clear flavor, very drinkable.

Cerveza muy floja. Aroma muy suave, apariencia amarilla pálida, sabor muy suave, poco cuero y paladar casi inexistente.

330ml bottle in my hotel room (in Barcelona) on 16th Jan 2017. Basically a sweet malty Lager that I quiet enjoyed. Nothing startling or unusual about it’s looks, aroma or taste: so not too sure what ’the Original Alsacian Method’ of brewing Lagers is?
