65 cl bottle.JonMoore (2067) - Loughborough, Leicestershire, ENGLAND - MAY 13, 2015
Pours clear copper color with a huge head. Some sweet caramel on the nose with orange and some piney notes, mild hops and some grassy, gooseberry bush stinginess. Sweet and malty flavor at first, some bitterness builds up with gooseberries and some grapefruit, a bit of resinous hops also. Probably not very fresh anymore, kind of tasty at points still and very easy to approach. Decent.
Bottle from Hippo Beers - hazy amber with thick foamy white head. Aroma of malts, caramel, ripe fruit, orange citrus. Flavours are sweet malty, grapefruit, spicey, earthy, dryish. Medium to full body, moderate carbonation, bitter finish. Pretty good. Christos (5889) - Arnhem, NETHERLANDS - MAY 3, 2015
(Alameda El Torero Organic IPA) Bottle 650 ml at home, served into a shaker, ABV ??
Deep orange colour and hazy body. Good sized head, off-white in colour, thick and creamy, with good retention, leaving light lacing as it collapses.
Aroma seems sweet, fruity but marmalade like, oranges.
Taste has grains, some nutty flavours, orange, biscuit, nice bitterness with long aftertaste.
Medium body with good carbonation. A bit sticky on the palate.
Not bad but it seems it misses that extra something. mile (4052) - Helsinki, FINLAND - APR 8, 2015
Bottle. Light amber, hazy, average and mostly diminishing head. Moderate, malty and sweetish aroma, some caramel, some tropical fruitiness with light notes of vegetables, some grapefruit/piney hoppyness. Body is medium, malty and sweetish flavor, some caramel, some tropical fruitiness, some grapefruit hoppyness. Finish is average to long, malty and lightly sweetish, light - some caramel, some tropical fruitiness with faint notes of vegetables, piney - some grapefruit hoppynes. IPA with faint notes of vegetables in aroma/finish. Bit too sweet/too much caramel - could use more bitterness to balance caramel and sweetness. Maybe bottle is not so fresh (hope so). On tap at the brewpub - Pours golden orange with a white head. It has a medium smooth body with soft carbonation. It starts with crusty bread, dry caramel and hops that have earthy, woody and piney character. The finish adds some minerals. Decent IPA. luttonm (6760) - Seattle, Washington, USA - JAN 3, 2015

Bier Temple, Amsterdam. Bottle. Almost clear amber beer, big fluffy pale cream colour head. Palate is airy and lightly crisp. Semi dry. Airy malts, trace of caramel. Hops are minty floral spice with a little dried orange. Light semi dry finish. More of a reasonably hopped amber than an out and out IPA.
