Maltier nose (for an IPA). Orange-gold in color with not much for head. Flavor is also malt-dominated.

Rating #1281 15.11.2014 - On tap @revolutionyeg Pours a hazy copper with a fairly frothy head. sticky lacing. Aroma is sweet, tangerine, and mild sappy, resinous pine note.Taste is mild sweetness (citrusy, piney, floral) and a lingering bitterness - cookie dough, caramel malt character really brought out, and the sticky pine-tar, sappyness of the hops. A beautiful balanced beer that isn’t shy about its IBU.

UPDATED: AUG 9, 2015 IPA rating #200. 650ml bottle. Pours a fairly orange. Aroma is light ethanol, caramel, some pine. Taste follows along the same lines. Old bottle, but doesn’t really convince that the fresh product was that good either.

Appearance has a hazy orange hue with an over carbonated head that overflows out of the glass. Smell is simplistic in sweet malt with a soft piney aroma. Taste is sweet upfront malt with a hoppy bitter in the end. Mouthfeel is medium and very over carbonated. A little more difficult to enjoy with the over carbonation through out.

660ml bottle from Hippo Beers. Hazy reddish amber brown, big head. Grainy lemon aroma. Sweet resin hop flavour. Bitter sweet aftertaste. Quite sweet for an IPA.

tricksta_p (5341) - Steenwijk, NETHERLANDS - MAY 18, 2015
Aroma of bready malt, caramel, ripe fruits, orange, floral notes, some pine, spicy notes, some hops. Flavour is moderate sweet with a moderate to medium bitter finish. Okay, but too malty and sweet to be a winner. I like my IPA’s fruity and hoppy. (Bottle was a bit old so I’d like to try a fresh sample one day.)
