Bomber from Made In Oregon. Pours copper with a fizzy/creamy near-white head. Aroma is orange mostly, but a deep inhale brings up a little earthyness. Pretty foamy in the mouth. It’s dry, earthy, peppery, has some orange zest. The dusty earthy aspect comes out stronger towards the finish, which is a bit peppery. It’s a little unusual, but I’d say more saison than anything else. Could have used a bit more spice. djd07 (15342) - Houston, Texas, USA - SEP 14, 2012
Bottle as shown. Pours a cloudy orange with thick white head leavig sticky lacing along the glass. The aroma is orange peel and wheat. Thin mouthfeel with a sweet citrus flavor and light crisp finish. A decent fruit beer from Alameda. bu11zeye (13140) - Frisco (Dallas), Texas, USA - NOV 12, 2012
(22oz bottle) Pours a clear golden body with a medium white head. Aroma of orange, grass, minerals, florals, and pepper. Flavor of pepper, orange, florals, and yeast. slowrunner77 (12594) - Reno, Nevada, USA - SEP 12, 2014
"Dry, citric and tart seems like an accurate description to me. Good saison. Light farmhouse in the aroma with hints of fruit that really come out in the flavor, as does the bone dry body and light pepper. I could drink lots of this. Not lacking in flavor at 5.5%." Appearance: Clear amber with a medium sized off-white head and good lacing
Aroma: Orange peel and spices
Taste: Orange peel, spices, caramel and soapy
Bottle:   Caramel colored, orange hued, moderate frothy white head, nice lacing.   Spritzy orange peel and zest up front, slightly floral but very minor and fleeting.   Has a slight soapy aspect, fragrant you might say.   Aroma reminds me of citrus zest but also with a bit of spice to it, like a candle.   Not bad, but hard to pinpoint.   Somewhat floral, but a little astringent.   Body and mouthfeel are moderate.   Seems a little rough.   I can appreciate what they were going for, but seems a little off the mark. vyvvy (6639) - St. Louis, Missouri, USA - FEB 8, 2015
On tap at the brewpub - Pours clear copper / orange with an off-white head. The aroma has blood orange pretty big, some stone fruit and toasty smooth malt. It has a medium / light body with lots of moderately intense carbonation. The flavor starts with light toasty malt, more earthy saison notes that the aroma, dry citrus and herbal tea. The finish has minerals and saison earth. Enjoyable. blutt59 (6576) - Dallas, Texas, USA - OCT 6, 2012

Nose of orange peel, some orange fruit notes, a little yeast esters, pepper, a touch of hay. Pours orange amber, white head and lace. Flavors of blood orange up front, a little peel, hay, pepper, and light yeast esters. Nice carbonation, almost quenching. Good use of citrus, natural, solid fruit beer.
