Dark ruby color, steady beige head. Grassy, yeasty, herbal hoppy aroma. Medium-bodied. Harsh, yeasty, spicey. Oddly off-beat. Harsh aftertaste ...
22 oz. bottle, pours a dark amber / brown with a small beige head. Aroma brings out dry earthy malts, some slight caramel undertones, and a considerable hop profile. Flavour is very well-balanced, with tons of dry earthy, bready malts, and a great hop punch without being too overbearing. Highly drinkable and sessionable. Finishes dry and earthy. Great stuff. brokensail (16432) - Dublin, California, USA - MAY 11, 2013
