Slightly hazy amber beer. Light off white head. Light malt nose. Softish palate. Light malt with subtle smoke. On top is dry and very mild orangey hop. Finishes soft and a little dry. Doesn’t hang together for me.
UPDATED: DEC 27, 2004 Bottled. Reddish amber, fizzy head. Berries and toffee in the nose. Light-medium bodied with pleasant lively mouthfeel. Dry finish. Balanced and tasty.
