Bottle pours amber with persistent white head. Citrusy aroma, followed by a light pale malt and not much bitterness. Overall, the structure is too smoothly mono-themed for me. beechner224 (1024) - Melbourne, Florida, USA - MAY 24, 2015
Bottle from jeanu. Pours copper with white head. Hoppy, grassy aroma. Taste is hoppy, slight malt bitterness. Good beer. ARH (1125) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - MAY 22, 2015
12oz bottle poured into a shaker. The aroma is a bright floral and citrus with supporting tones of light bread which eventually settles on a caramel aroma near the middle of the glass. The beer is clear and oily with an amber hue and a white head that has a light, filmy retention and only a light lace. The taste is a medium / medium high sweet and medium bitter. It’s smooth with a light zip of a carbonation, and a medium body with flavors of bread, caramel, and oranges that finishes crisp with spice and sweet citrus. The finish is a bit waxy with a citrus rind character that mellows quickly and leaves an aftertaste of mild toast and citrus. BOSSbrewer (2705) - Arkansas, USA - MAY 20, 2015
Bottle at home. Pours a clear amber with a thick, rocky, foamy white head. Aroma is floral with some hints of citrus. Really nice aroma. Flavor is slightly hoppy in bitterness with a nice malt backbone. Smooth. Slightly sweet. Overall, a very drinkable beer. Really nice. Better than many of the ratings. vomit (258) - Michigan, USA - APR 29, 2015
Freeride hey? Isn’t that a gay song by a gay band? So mote it be. When you want a real "free ride" right to the Big House stick with Blatz, and in no time you will be in the joint singing the "Clang Bang went the Big Iron Door" Blues. Overall this beer while not a mouthful of horse piss is also not a 40 ouncer of Blatz. So put that in yer pipe & smoke it.

Bottle (12oz $1.80) Sort for a orange color with white head. Nice aroma. No real flavors stand out, its a straight forward Pale Ale. Little bitterness. Very drinkable, would drink again, not on the "regular" list. Art (3217) - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA - APR 12, 2015
golden orange pour, white head. Aromas of orange and grass. Light bitterness. zach8270 (4022) - Henrietta, New York, USA - MAR 29, 2015
(can - 12 oz) Clear gold with a thick white head. Light hop aroma with some mild grassy undertones. Pretty standard but decent hop flavor with a very light bitter backbone and a slightly lingering hop finish. DSG (14685) - Tel Aviv, ISRAEL - MAR 16, 2015
[2/23/15] Can on Alaska Air flight from San Diego to Portland. Clear deep golden to amber color with an off-white head. Pleasant aroma of citric and tropical fruity hops and mild biscuit malt. Flavor has some sweetish malt, somewhat biscuity, fruity hops and a mild to moderate bitter finish. Medium-bodied. Nice and easy-going. Frank (4172) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - MAR 2, 2015
I got this on an airplane, a mile high tick and a pretty OK APA. It’s orange w/ a foamy head. The nose is pretty mild but the hop character is fresh and fruity--getting a lot of pine needles and peach especially. This isn’t sweet but still pretty full bodied though vigorous carbonation keeps things light and creamy. This isn’t especially flavorful but it’s easy drinking and well-balanced.
