Had it in the bottle. So can't really judge aroma or appearance. However it had a clean crisp taste for an ipa. Wasn't as hoppy as I prefer tho. Overall not bad

Poured from a 12 oz bottle into a tumbler on 01.28.14.
A: Cloudy orange. 1 finger head.
S: Grapefruit. Flower. Citrus.
T: Grapefruit, malt. Pine on back end.
O: This one is in the middle of the pack as far as hop intensity for APAs. It’s not super hop forward, nor does it have a 1:1 balance of hops and malt like older APAs. It’s a little hop forward with good balance from the malt. Braudog (6674) - Yorktown, Virginia, USA - JAN 10, 2015
Bottle. Standard-looking amber beer with great head retention. Meaty and malty up front, just a basic ale balance. Quite heavy feeling for a session beer. (#5915, 1/10/2015) mjmoen (519) - - JAN 10, 2015
UPDATED: SEP 13, 2016 B+. Pours a clear golden color with white head. Well balanced, nice citrus & floral hops

5.3%. From a bottle. Pours hazy orange with a small head, well carbonated, not much aroma, medium hop fruit flavours. Good stuff. furthur (1162) - Eagle River, Alaska, USA - DEC 13, 2014
Bottle, Amber beer, little head oddly. Aroma is spruce and lychee and orange. Taste is orangey grapefruity juicy spruce. Palate light, carbonation moderate. Finish is slightly bitter. Super refreshing! beerbaaron (1998) - Arizona, USA - DEC 11, 2014
Clear light amber with a frothy white head. Light, somewhat watery body, so also quite drinkable. Smooth. mild bitterness. Very tasty and pleasant. This is a session ale.
