bottle. Poured clear copper with a thin white head. Caramel malt aroma with an orange astringent note. Medium-full body, creamy carbonation, warning alcohol finish. A moderately malt forward bready base, balanced bitter-sweet flavour, apricot, citrus peel and pine resin with floral hops and a peppery note. JPDIPSO (6216) - Wauwatosa, USA - DEC 31, 2016
Dark orangeish copper color with a tallish, creamy looking, light beige head. Orange and pine scents. A hopshead lovers aroma. Flavors of pale malt, caramel, oranges, grapefruit and zest. Sweetness seems to track throughout. Tangerines in the finish. Whole lot of citrus going on. Light acidic dryness in the end. 1/14

12 ounce bottle poured into a tulip glass. The beer is a clear copper color with a big head of white foam. The aroma is resinous and pine forward. Sticky pine notes are abundant in the taste and aroma. Fairly bitter on the back end, but the front end is majorly sweet. Big body and medium carbonation. Dry and bitter finish. Not my thing, I guess. Reid (2527) - Salem, Oregon, USA - DEC 24, 2016
22 oz bottle from Capital Market in Salem OR
Pours a darker than usual orange/amber colour with an absolutely beautiful large thick and frothy head ( cream coloured).
Aroma is of course strong on the hops..floral, spicy orange zest. but huge toffee malts in the back.
Taste s similar to the nose..but very sweet.
Mouth feel is average..its thick and viscous..carbonation is way low..and thus the sweetness becomes sticky on the palate.
Started off so good but went down hill fast..needs a more vigorous carbonation Ronritter (665) - Blaine, Minnesota, USA - DEC 20, 2016

Bottle, pours copperish with a beige head; nice citrus aroma with pine, caramel, and some biscuit hints; taste is more bitter than sweet with pine, citrus fruits, and caramel; finish is dry and light bitter pine beeratarian (230) - cleveland, Ohio, USA - NOV 10, 2016
Pours Amber with a sticky thick lace. Aroma is mild pine and some alcohol. Flavor is weak, not hoppy, more barley wine. Run of the mill. LinusStick (3447) - Moon Twp, suburb of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA - OCT 30, 2016
A delicious IIPA. Aroma was big and hoppy. Grapefruit rind, lemon and notes of fresh cut grass. Pour was a medium dark gold with a one finger white head. Taste almost all hops. Fresh green hops with bitter grapefruit rind and lemon in the front. A lightly malty bitter sweet finish balances the beer out (barely). This beer is really all hops and very good. Nice. carbonation. alexsdad06 (10289) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - OCT 9, 2016
Bottle at home. Pours clear copper color with a medium sized off white head that lasts. The aroma and flavor have resin and citrus hops that favor grapefruit, toasted malts, mild caramel, moderate bitterness, good beer, but nothing stands out from any other DIPA. MrBeerFanatic (1052) - Indianapolis, Indiana, USA - SEP 24, 2016
Pours dark amber light retention. Aromas caramel, pineapple, citrus, spicy hop, pine. Flavors pine, citrus, caramel and pineapple. Taste alot like the dipa’s I’ve created. It has that intermingled complexity where nothing really stands out. The flavors are hard to separate in the complexity. Medium to high sweetness. Quickly forgettable.
