COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Fresh, crisp and inviting, this golden ale is a favorite with crab, prawns and salads. The floral aroma of hops is derived from dry hopping during the fermentation process.

Lubiere (13898) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - DEC 12, 2003
Golden colour with some haze, starts with a nice citrussy nose but with a little bit of cardboard. Again, in the mouth, there is a plaeasnt hops and citrus dancing together, but there seems to be some oxidation. Still a rather pleasant beer

3.3
BeerandBlues2 (13303) - Escondido, California, USA - JUL 31, 2005
Bottle. Pours gold with orange hints and a rocky white tall head; lined lacing. Fragrant floral hop and light malt (grain) aroma with yeast notes. Malty grain and acidic bitter floral hop lasting flavor. Fizzy and light refreshing palate.

bu11zeye (13029) - Frisco (Dallas), Texas, USA - MAY 2, 2007
(Bottle) Pours a clear yellow body with a small white head. Aroma of florals, caramel, and earthiness. Flavor of crisp, clean hops with a nice malt balance. The carbonation in body correlates well with the hops.

3.2
Dogbrick (13006) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - JUN 10, 2008
Sample at Alan’s HSC initation. This beer pours a clear golden color with a thin white head that fizzes away quickly. Lightl bready malt and hops in the nose. Light-bodied with flavors of sweet malt and honey, plus some mild hops and spice. The finish is sweet with notes of malt and citrus, and the aftertaste is mildly spiced hops. Overall, the name is misleading on this beer considering the style. Fairly average for what it is.

"how is Alaskan PALE ALE a blonde? Oh well. It’s a bit boring for a pale, but enjoyable and highly drinkable. I used to like it more, but since then have come to enjoy the "bigger" pales. For those who want an easy drinking balanced beer, this is it."
