22 oz. bottle, pours orangey amber with a tiny head. Fantastic aroma of toffee, caramel and some subtle dark fruit notes. Flavour follows accordingly with the toffee / caramel dominating, and featuring quite a sweet palate (but not too much). Slight alcohol kick at the end, but the ABV is well-worked. A most excellent barley wine. harrisoni (19553) - Ashford, Kent, ENGLAND - NOV 15, 2009
