COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION Formerly known As Alaskan Belgian Wit
Brewed with coriander, bitter orange peel and malted wheat, Alaskan White Ale has a light and crisp body pleasant tartness followed by slightly spicy aftertaste. The malted wheat gives the beer a more full and lightly malty mouthfeel. There is an aroma and flavor of wheat and coriander, with a dry and refreshingly carbonated finish.
Draft @ Cafe Amsterdam - Lightly pale straw colored and very hazy with a small foamy head. Has a bit of spice in the nose, mustard seed and stinky cheese notes, a bit of hay, and bubblegum, quite strange indeed. Light bodied on the palate, with lots of carbonation. Has a bit of sweetness in the citrus, loads of coriander, and finishes bone dry with a lignering citrus bitterness.
