COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Formerly known As Alaskan Belgian Wit

Brewed with coriander, bitter orange peel and malted wheat, Alaskan White Ale has a light and crisp body pleasant tartness followed by slightly spicy aftertaste. The malted wheat gives the beer a more full and lightly malty mouthfeel. There is an aroma and flavor of wheat and coriander, with a dry and refreshingly carbonated finish.

Average wit of orange with a good amount of corriander spice, finishes smooth. Nothing special here but drinkable.

12oz Flasche. Gelbes Bier, flüchtiger Schaum. Etwas Korriander und Getreide. Im Geschmack auch die Kräuter, Korriander, Hefe. Langweiliges, recht industrielles Wit.

Nice creamy texture and overall flavors balanced. Just a very solid beer. Nothing over the top and off putting.

This stuff is fine. It's a bit heavy on the coriander so it has that Fruity Pebbles taste to it but it's just a bit more than is ideal, nothing that ruins it. Otherwise, this is a pretty well brewed example of the style. I find the bitterness very slightly harsh but, again, this is just a bit more than is ideal not a real complaint. It's got a fairly creamy texture and pleasantly vigorous carbonation. This doesn't quite nail the target it's aiming for but is close enough to be really good.

Bottle. Well behaved from the start except for the bog head. Lots of sparkling going on here. Mild taste with a slight metallic hint. Fairly clean, no real bitterness. Not bad. It's GONE!
