Bottle. A clear, dark golden beer with a finger-thick off-white head. Caramel-malty nose with a fruity touch. A bit weak. The flavor has caramel, grains and some bitter notes, finishing with caramel and a hint of roasted malts. Medium body, quite dry. Sure a drinkable beer, but lacks interesting qualities. Considering it’s from a traditional pilsner brewing macro it’s just what expected and quite pleasant. 090822 NosirIwont (2516) - Frederikssund, DENMARK - NOV 17, 2009
Bottle. Pours a clear, golden amber with an off-white head. Decent lacing. Sweet and malty aroma – reminds me a bit of a ‘hvidtøl’. Flavour is equally sweet and malty and also resembles a ‘hvidtøl’ – even a bit more than the aroma, though as it warms, it gives way to some spicy notes, which puts the ‘hvidtøl’ part a bit in the background. Sweet and a bit grainy finish. Faint notes of liquorice. Lingering grassy notes. Had me surprised – was expecting a bland pale lager, but this had more kick to it and was pretty decent, albeit not anything special though. 17-11-09. Golden coloured and clear. Has a white head. Faint malty aroma, notes of caramel perhaps. Flavor starts light sweet and finish moderate bitter. A bit unpleasent.
