From a tasting flight at Albemarle CiderWorks. Poured a clear, very pale, almost clear yellow color with no head at all. Light tartness in this one, probably from the crab apples? Light champagne tartness. Flavor was mild apple. I liked this one, but the wife didn’t. r464 (2362) - Earth, Pennsylvania, USA - NOV 26, 2015
Light yellow, crisp and fairly dry. Slightly tart, apple with a short finish. hershiser2 (3533) - Charlottesville, Virginia, USA - JUL 26, 2015
Bottle at the source.
Dry, tart, and champagny. It’s fine, but not outstanding. Carlisle (781) - Pennsylvania, USA - SEP 20, 2014
Apple, waxy on nose. Very tart up front. Light body. Sweet finish.

750ml bottle pours a clear gold with green shimmers, zero head and some light carbonation. Nice nose, crisp fruit, apple, apple skin, honey, pears champagne. A little bit of funk in the flavor, lightly sweet, lightly tart, apple, some candle wax, straw, light lemon. Dry finish. Hides the alcohol well. Fairly nice overall.

From a bottle poured a yellow color with a small amount of head. Nice dry tart cider flavor with a quick finish. tia (2228) - Sandston, Virginia, USA - NOV 24, 2012
Bottle @ Cidery. Pale and clear with white dissipating head. Light tart aroma with just a faint sweetness. Nice tart flavor. Light bodied- not crisp but not overly sweet. GT (10001) - San Diego, California, USA - MAY 27, 2012
750mL thanks to Travlr. Clear straw to white. Little white fizz. Champagne carbonation. White grape nose. Minerally and tangy like champagne. Taste is champagne almost exactly. Tannic and watery in the finish. I think this is actually champagne. I hate champagne.

Bottle. Clear yellow golden color. Aroma of dusty apple flesh. Taste is lemons, bitter apple skins, dry finish. Nice. Elwood (3336) - Leesburg, Virginia, USA - APR 30, 2012
Serving: 750 ml. bottle from Total Wine Sterling. It pours a very light yellow color that quickly settles down to nothing. The nose has brisk apple notes with a little yeast or dust character. The flavor has a nice tart/sweet thing going on with a bit of dustiness and a nice dry finish. Aggressive carbonation. Definitely a nice cider.
