2.5 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
355ml can. This beer is a bit of a mystery to me since I could find no info on the Rocky Mountain Brewery at all. Also, it’s not even brewed in Alberta!, despite it’s name. Poured pale straw with a very nice fluffy white head. Adjunct corn nose with some malt. Not much flavour to speak of, watery, bland, trace corn and malt. Very low bitterness Reminds me a lot of Schlitz Genuine Gold. Cheap swill that looked really nice.
Pours a pretty clear light golden with a medium white head that leaves nice lacing. Nose is of corn and straw/grass, pretty innoffensive. Taste is more corn and other cereals, dry. Finish isn’t quite bitter but almost, carries some cereals. Body is light, carbonation high and mouthfeel watery. Overall this is a pretty bland offering, drink it cold and fast! ametras (1645) - Gatineau, Quebec, CANADA - JUL 6, 2014
355ml can. Dirty yellow with a foamy white head. Flavors are corn and cooked vegetables with metallic notes. Light body, fizzy carbonation, watery texture. cargo150 (1289) - Quebec City, Quebec, CANADA - MAR 14, 2014
Bière blonde générique commerciale. Meme gout que les autres bières de sa catégorie... Dr_Lovetouch (1) - - SEP 6, 2012 does not count
Had a couple large cans of this frothy stuff last night, and I gotta say, it wasn’t great. Although, I had a great time while drinking them, which accounts for the high score.
Would drink again! jaskesp (38) - - MAY 31, 2012
C’est une bonne bière en général. Après avoir vu le prix pour une canette de 710 ml, je m’attendais a une biere mauvaise au goût, mais ce n’est pas ce que j’ai obtenue.

Originally rated October 2005. Man, I’ve never had so much trouble pouring a beer from a can into a glass. Ran half along the can, so lots of it was on the floor. The colour is pale yellow, but the white head is actually surprising. Pretty big, real creamy and longer retention than most swills. Whatever is left on top after looks kind of horrid though, like water in swamps with patches of stuff here and there. The nose is full of alcohol and some malt (weird, for a 4.9% brew). Tastes like malt liquor, but watered down. Mild bitterness at first, with a grainy malt taste finish. Lets just say it’s better than Busch. vstringbassist (2) - USA - SEP 17, 2010 does not count
I have tried a lot of beers - too many to count from many countries and this simply is one of the worst beers I have tried. Very corny, pretty much tasteless and if you have a few to many (which isn’t much) you will get one heck of a hangover! It could not possibly be Alberta’s best...could it? sseb69 (1911) - Gatineau, Quebec, CANADA - SEP 10, 2010
Cannette 355 ml. 4.9%. Couleur jaune paille.
