On tap at Albion. The color is a clear honey with a thick beige head. The aroma is of hops and citrus fruits and mora hops. The taste also of glorius hops plus citrus fruits and herbs. It has a very pleasant after taste.
On tap at the brewpub. Hazy gold pour with thin white head. Aroma is very dank, lots white wine notes, it’s been a while since I’ve had a nelson sauvin beer where that character is so dominant. Taste is bitter, light resinous notes, juicy. Palate is med full bodied, some booze, med carbonation. Good. MartinT (9795) - Montreal, Quebec, CANADA - APR 25, 2016
My Bottom Line:hackobock (4007) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - MAR 15, 2016
Tropical fruit burst from this IPA, leading to herbal bitterness and honeyed cereals.
Further Personal Perceptions:
-There is plenty of lacing around the misty pale amber.
-The mouthfeel is cushy and plump. Different from your usual New World IPA (the tap version might be more commonplace though).
-Passionfruit notes are beautiful throughout.
-The hop bitterness isn’t too intense. This is an aroma bomb.
On cask at the brewpub.
July 19, 2015. On tap at the brewpub. rodenbach99 (4572) - Longueuil, Quebec, CANADA - JUL 25, 2015
Clear pale amber with a smal white head. Aroma is sweet fruity with melon, papaya, gooseberries, grapes, pine and light grassiness. Taste is light to medium sweet, soft bitter with a light grassy notes, some grape skins, pineapple and melon. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, somewhat creamy.
Fantastique.

12 ounces on tap at brewpub. Aroma: tropical fruits, pineapples, oranges. App: clear copper, small white head, nice laing. Taste and palate: medium body, resinous, crisp medium bitter finish. Overall: really impress. Not a huge fan of Nelson Sauvin hop but here it?s great. After a while, it’s skunky though Minderbinder (3469) - Québec, Quebec, CANADA - DEC 2, 2014
On tap at L’Albion.
Pours hazy dark blond with low white head. Good lacing. Aroma is of extreme pine, fruits, alcohol. Taste is of extreme pine, citrus, bitterness. Palate: Medium body. Soft carbonation. Overall: Crafty hopping. Spectacular Nelson Sauvin. Never harsh, well balanced. Very good. tom10101 (6036) - Quebec, CANADA - DEC 1, 2014
On tap @ L’Albion. Hazy golden with a medium fully lasting off-white head and heavy lacing. Aroma is of dank piney hops, white wine notes, floral presence and hints of caramel. Taste is a bit fruitier with, again, piney notes, white wine and floral presence along light bitterness. Medium body. Moderate carbonation. Somewhat creamy mouthfeel. Dry and fruity finish. Good aromatic IPA/DIPA. Alcohol is really well hidden. Really tasty and drinkable. Quevillon (3061) - Boisbriand, Quebec, CANADA - AUG 7, 2012
Drank on tap (12 oz) at the brepub on August 6, 2012. Honey blonde little head. Sweet citrus aroma well hops, hints of pine. Good taste of fruity citrus Nelson Sauvin hops, well dried, slightly bitter. Albion itself or the Nelson Sauvin but it’s good in the mouth!
