(swing top bottle, 33cl) Clear, golden colour with a blond and short foamy head. Biscuity and slightly strawy malty aroma with a mildly flowery and herbal hoppy background. Slightly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a modest carbonation. Tastes drier than expected: strawy malt-character with a mild but present herbal hoppy bite, dry-ish bitter-sweet quite rounded malty and hoppy finish. 15.XI.14

Bügelverschlußflasche:Golden, a bit unclear, stable small White head; grainy-bisquity nose, shy traces of aromatic hops underneath; light to moderate bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied and soft; dry bitter finish. Drinkable, but surely no seducer...

Many thanks to kevnic2008 for this bottle. Best before 03.02.15. Smooth and fresh beginning. A bit grainy, slightly sweetish. Nice fruity hints, nearly no bitterness. Nice. The aftertaste is grainy-sweetish-smooth.

Leicht und mild mit einer gewissen Süße und floraler Getreidigkeit. Einfach zu trinken, etwas dumpf, aber alles in allem ganz ok.

33cl fliptop bb02/2015, coutresy of Transalbian McTapps, danke! Very much a typical SouthWestern all-natural "green" Vollbier in its underdosed use of genuinely quality grassy hops, delicate biscuit-sweet pale malts and a fluffy yeast profile imparting cautious notes of apple juice. all turned down to a subliminal level, resulting in another well-made, inoffensive 3-gulp-chugger. Alas no actual sign of dainty pictured daisies in aroma nor taste beyond a general suspicion of "meadow".

The aroma has notes of malt, bread and light flower. The flavor has a light sweetness.
