Robe rouge claire surmontée d’une mousse blanche qui persiste. Arômes de houblon aromatique et de malt caramélisé. Saveurs de houblon amérisant et de malt caramélisé. Experiment_Ale (1098) - Dallas, Texas, USA - APR 6, 2014
At big Seth’s going away party on 11/2/2013; was an awesome day! Aroma is earth hop. Flavor is thin, watery, bitter, gross. This is a huge miss. Sregnar35 (1030) - Rotterdam, New York, USA - JUL 15, 2005
On tap at the alchemist pub in Waterbury, VT. Very easy to drink, with a sweet honey finish that doesn’t linger. DrDavid (957) - Johnson, Vermont, USA - JAN 11, 2009
Draft at brewpub. Sweet malty aroma. Reddish amber body, off-white head. Sweet and tangy flavor, with some caramel. TonyDiUlio (664) - New Jersey, USA - JAN 4, 2010
Had this beer as part of Beer Quest 2010 with the guys. This was beer number 29. Pours a dark amber. Aroma of light hops. Flavor is tempered. <-- not sure why I wrote this when I tried it.

Big bubbly off-white head. More dirty brown in color with red highlights toward the light. Nose of grain. Taste is hops upfront, grain in the end. Light cotton mouth dry finish. Good during dinner. Overall not bad, I wouldn’t drink again. Tasted with AirForceHops. Paskal (146) - La Prairie, Quebec, CANADA - OCT 25, 2005
En fût-Arôme de houblon et de citron, de couleur rouge limpide, rondeur pleine bouche, goût amer et houblonné.--Draft-Lemony and hoppy aromas, clear red, palate full mouth, sour and hoppy taste. Tylerbp6 (40) - - OCT 24, 2013
Poured to the growler from Jk himself. Great to get other beers from Alchemist but American red ale isn't my ideal beer. If it is, good color, good dirty finish. Tastes great and is a good start before you finish with a HT.
