COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This Belgian-inspired ale is loosely based on a Saison. A blend of Hallertau Mittlefrue and Amarillo hops lend a beautiful and delicate bitterness to a dry and malty background. No spices added.

Saeglopur (2144) - Vienna Woods, AUSTRIA - JUN 16, 2017
1 pint can from Mikkeller Webshop.
Deep yellow, hazy body, with a big, fluffy, lacing, off-white head.
Aroma of dough, bread, grains, spices, flowers, honey, some sweet fruits.
Tastes similar, with some more grassy notes and some citric hops coming through.
Medium, a bit oily mouthfeel, with an average carbonation.
Finishes smooth, spicy, medium sweet, a bit dry, a bit bitter, floral, grainy, a bit hoppy, subtly warming.

Tasty. A bit on the sweet side, but in a lovely, nectar like way. The overall impression is really smooth, greatly balanced, with just enough spicy and hoppy notes and a well hidden alcohol. Really quaffable.

ciocanelu (2456) - Timisoara, ROMANIA - JUN 1, 2017
From can. Hazy bright yellow color with off-white head. Aroma has sweet wheat and vanilla notes with some floral yeast. Taste is sweet at first, somehow milky, yeasty, slightly bitter and astringent on the finish. Medium body, soft mouthfeel. Quite nice beer overall, seems like a combination of a witbier and a saison.
