COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This Belgian-inspired ale is loosely based on a Saison. A blend of Hallertau Mittlefrue and Amarillo hops lend a beautiful and delicate bitterness to a dry and malty background. No spices added.

Draft at the brewpub: Nice yeast & farmy aroma, nice white head, and cloudy yellow color. I think John brewed this batch a little different, the ABV was 7.5 and well masked and the flavor was a dead on Saison. I really like this beer.

Pale sandy golden, no head. Nose is grassy, soft bright veg. Initial taste is sleek creaminess, peppery bright lemon. Very firm carbonation, extremely light throughout and supremely sessionable. Finishes fleshy veg, a soft dusty bitterness on the linger. However, is lacking in any oomph. I mean, superb but for hype and price *shrug Emoji*.

Cloudy blond color. Coriander and lemon zest aroma, flowery. Yeasty flavor, lemony, a bit zesty, but also dirty and astringent in the final. Some vegetables.
