Trade from kfarrell7 thanks a lot. This is my 2 heady topper and still amazing. Hazy yellow body with a large white head. Hops, citric, oranges, lemon, grapefruit, pineapple, pine needles. What a great dipa, clean, crisp and dry. beermieser00 (21) - - MAY 17, 2014
A little tough on the palate, and roughish after, but higher taste and earthy rich flavor... AIA a keeper. pilgrimoutlaw (888) - Wayne, Pennsylvania, USA - MAY 15, 2014
Bottle pours cloudy gold with foamy white head. Loads of grapefruit, basement, citrus. High bitterness, light sweetness. Light crispness. Medium bodied. Mmm-mmm, good. curdbird (11) - Brooklyn, USA - MAY 14, 2014
The perfect imperial IPA. Resinous, grapefruit and pine hop character bursting with juiciness on the palate. Perfectly balanced and delicious start to finish. njager246 (697) - grand rapids, Michigan, USA - MAY 14, 2014
UPDATED: MAR 28, 2015 Aroma is pine and citrus... taste is big and light at the same time, maybe the most drinkable double I have , overall tremendous beer!

Sampled from a soup ladle, like the can told me to do. Pours a cloudy/hazy golden-orange with a pretty thick eggshell head that settles down to a ring and leaves a few dashes of lace. Nose involves plenty of grapefruit, pine, passion fruit, pineapple, a nice toasted malt character, a light dash of caramel, some apricot, some florals, some sugar cane. Pretty sweet, pretty bitter. Medium-full, oily, bright, a touch grainy, with a surprisingly mellow lingering fruity hop bitter finish. Pretty tasty, big thanks to a good friend and his good friends for making it possible for me to get a can of this. But I must say, donít tell me how to drink my beer. I do what I want. Had a taste at Dark Lord Day 2014. The aroma is out of this world citrusy. Amazing. So smooth and refreshing. Hoppy but not too bitter. Simply the best IIPA I've ever had.

got 2 two weeks old can. thanks a lot bart! shared one.. drinking the other one from the can right now! (got to say that itís more fruity when you poure it) anyway... rating goes out for the can drinking. a lot of pines, citrus, grapefruit, pineapples, peach. hop bitterness kick in right away. nice carbonated. and nice and smooth mouthfeel. itís a crazy good double IPA. and iím really happy i got to try one (relatively fresh) since the can needs to find itís way over the pond. itís worth all the trouble to get your hands on one. lambicboy12 (43) - salt lake, Utah, USA - MAY 9, 2014
1 medium-high hop aroma, pine and citrus orange, some grapefruit 2 yellow straw with a medium white head, fast rising bubbles 3 monster hop flavor with a huge pine character, alcohol in aftertaste 4 medium body with a lively carbonation, long bitter aftertaste 5 Some compare this beer with Pliny, not a chance. An awesome beer but misses the complexity of Pliny. Donít get me wrong, I would drink this all day. Probably less money than Pliny :) DandyWolfFloyd (1202) - Jim Thorpe, Pennsylvania, USA - MAY 7, 2014
Aroma - nice and citrus packed ~ elements range from grapefruit to peach and pineapple. The malts do show up later.
Appearance - body is a peach color yellow-orange; liquid is very hazy and opaque; head is small only about 1/8" of an inch and white, fades into a layer of film. Some intermittent dappling lace.
Taste - is predominantly citrus (grapefruit ~ with a pineapple and peach sort of note), and some West Coast hop varieties. There are crystal malt present, but hard to discern. Nicely balanced.
Palate - body is medium; not oily, bolder than thin; carbonation is lively; finish is slightly bitter, but very well balanced a very palatable DIPA.
