Can from Jay. Pours a hazy orange/gold/yellow with nice off white foam. Smells earthy and yeasty, a little tropical with a hint of lemon and carbon dioxide. Tastes a little nutty and fairly malty, has a pretty diverse hop start, but it fades to just plain bitter with a touch of alcohol at the end. Really didnít live up to the hype, though it is a solid IPA. Dan269605 (235) - Rocky Hill, Connecticut, USA - MAR 10, 2014
Finally. Orange with about a finger of tight white head. Great hop aroma, orange, pineapple, apricot, mango, grapefruit, pine, herbal, resinous. The taste really follows the nose with a light malt backbone. It starts off very sweet and fruity and the bitterness slowly catches up. I got just a slight hint of alcohol as it warmed. Overall, this is a fantastic DIPA. I donít know if it completely lived up to the hype just because the hype is so crazy, but it is about as near perfect as any D/IPA Iíve had. No retention and light lacing. Smells of pine, mango and oranges. Tastes of grapefruit, mango and pine. Oily hop resin finish. Nice bitterness.

Can, half in half out. Cloudy murky gold, huge white head. Wonderful aroma of light citrus, white grape, grapefruit, grass and pine. Taste gives a massive hot of orange, mango and grapefruit; some lighter floral and grassy notes. Wonderfully clean biscuit malt. So crisp. So drinkable. Solid bitterness, lonely citrus and grapefruit linger. Light/medium in body. So good. Worth the acclaim. ReeceG (52) - Iowa, USA - MAR 3, 2014
Thanks to Seth823 for the share, This was an excellent experience, lived up to the hype. drank from the can as instructed, at first it comes in with a smooth citrus taste and then out of nowhere a oh so delicous hop bomb explodes on the palate, with strong citrus and floral notes and solid malt backbone. finishes just as smooth as it started, canít wait to get another can. drewsumner (1) - - MAR 3, 2014 does not count
Incredible hop aroma. Sticky sweet hops dominate the front end of the sip. Finished smooth. A true pleasure. jbeatty (1247) - New York, USA - MAR 3, 2014
Can, big thanks to Dan, 03/03/2014. In a glass this time. Pours hazy orange amber, fluffy white head, sticky lacing clinging around the glass as it dies to the surface. Aroma is concentrated orange, floral honey undertones, passion fruit and mild pulpy grapefruit, fresh pine and touch of toasted malts, citrus peel. Taste is smooth grapefruit and citrus, floral tropical notes, light honey-like sweetness accenting lingering pine notes, soft finish. Medium body, incredibly round and well-balanced. Delicious.
