On tap at The Alchemist. The color is a hazy honey with a beige head. It has a nice aroma of hops and citrus fruits. The taste is also of hops and citrus fruits. This is a perfect example of an I.P.A.The finish is that good bitter taste in your mouth JoeMcPhee (9426) - Toronto, ON, Ontario, CANADA - JAN 30, 2009
Amber hazy beer. This head with a sticky white lacing. Very, very hoppy aroma. Pine and light citrusy grapefruit resinousness. Bright and fresh and bracing, like sucking on pine cones and grapefruit peels. There is also a little touch of orange peel as well. Very lean pale maltiness that just stands aside and lets the hops work their magic. This is like a little taste of the Northwest here in the Northeast. Draft at brewpub. Mild citrus aroma. Hazy orange body, off-white head. Flavor is bitter grapefruit, with a bitter finish. Nice core, but little complexity or balance. Davin (48) - Vermont, USA - JAN 17, 2008
On tap at alchemist. Complex flavors really satisfy. Citrus and spruce aromas. A well made beer.

Sampled on tap at the brewpub on 9/18/07: Pours a hazy orange bronze with a nicely-lacing wispy off-white head. Aroma of big fresh grapefruity hops and lightly sweet pale malt. Body starts fairly full with some biting carbonation and a big bittering hoppy flavor toward a drier lingering bitter finish. Could use a little more sweet caramely flavor. jcwattsrugger (12420) - Florida and, New Jersey, USA - OCT 10, 2007

UPDATED: DEC 9, 2011 In short: A superior citrusy IPA with a solid malt backbone. Excellent
How: Tap at brewpub, many many many times
The look: Partially cloudy orange-golden body topped by a medium white head leaving good lacings on the glass
In long: Just from the nose you can tell you’re getting a superior IPA. Intensely aromatic IPA with a strong nose of fruity hops with oranges upfront and citrus fruits in general. Tastes packs just enough crunchy toasted malts with a flavour of toasted bread, caramel and maybe some woody notes of tree bark. Plenty of fresh citrusy hops with light piney notes leaving a long bitter finish of medium-high intensity. Good attenuation, a bit on the dry side. Excellent session IPA. If all holy cows were that good there’d be a lot of drunk hindus and fewer bovines roaming the streets of New Delhi.
