Can to glass. Cool ruby red color, reddish head. Aroma is mild wheat, sour cherrie notes. Taste is light, cherry, not much Brett character. More of a fruit beer than a wild ale.

Une dégustation offerte par Didier. Merci!

Extra from cpetrone. Thanks, Chris. Gusher. Muddled brownish red. Nose of earthy cherry flesh, light rustic funk. Solid base beer with some brett driven yeast elements but mostly just carries earthy tart cherries. I don’t understand the score on this one. Maybe some time in the can has done good for this over early ratings? Not terribly complex but great dry cherry expression and complaints here.

Canned, courtesy of JulienHuxely. Pours a clear pinkish, amber brown beer with a small off white head on top. Aroma has some red fruits, cherries, apples. Flavor has a lot of fruit in there as well, light tary base with even a slight sweetness in the very back. Very nice balance between fruits and sour in this one, making it very interesting to drink. Good stuff here!

Can, flown over by Luk, thanks! Red - amber pour with small pinkish white head. Aroma is really cherry, cherry skins, light medicinal notes, slightly soapy, cherry pits. Taste is bretty, earthy, really fruity as well, light acetic character. Palate is slightly sweet, med carbonation. A bit strange, but enjoyable.

Can shared thanks to JulienHuxley. Pours very hazy full dark red with a thin pink head. Aroma of bathroom, soapy, cherry skin. Flavour is moderate sweet and light acidic. Dry palate with a tart hairspray finish. Light medium bodied with moderate carbonation.

Bottle: The aroma consists of funky of cherries with a light band aid. It pours a muddy reddish-orange with a small pinkish-white head that quickly fades to a thin film outlined by a thicker ring. The flavor starts with light-moderate cherry. The finish has light lemon, tannic woody notes, and a hint of band aid. It’s light bodied with moderate carbonation. Overall, the taste is decent but the aroma is pretty rough.

UPDATED: SEP 29, 2014 Can: Thanks, Mike. Bloody cherry color, muddled with some copper hints. Off-white cap fades to a collar quickly. Aroma of sweet, mashed cherries. Huge, juicy cherry aroma. Light perfume & a touch of tartness... Mostly juicy cherry. Taste is more tart; lots of cherry skin with some light juiciness underneath. Hint of lemon, a touch of wet hay, & a slightly lacto finish with lingering notes of cherry skin. Dry, thin-medium body. Almost a little too vapid & seltzer-like in the finish. Decent.

Sample at first sunday. Cherry fruit aroma and a light effervescent that hits your nose. Light and smooth with some decent bubbles. Bit of a fruity tang although it is light and faint. Very easy to drink and surprised at the alcohol content because it felt much less than 7.8.
