As a girl we loves fruit and funk in her beer I can’t help but adore this. I’d write more but I haven’t had this in about four months and I’m going of memory. josarah (112) - Hinesburg, Vermont, USA - JAN 19, 2009
Draft at brewpub: This was kept in stainless for 3 years and served from the cask. Ruby color, light pink head and fruity aroma. This beer has aged extremely well! The Bretts are present, but not overwhelming., the sweet/cherry has mellowed nicely. This beer was awesome at this age. Ernesto987 (6050) - Arizona, USA - JUN 15, 2015
can thanks to Jared, later batch. Great cherry flavors, like a home madfe cherry pie. Tart finish. The body tastes like a very light oud bruin. Great stuff, a heavy cherry handed rodenbach. jredmond (8283) - New York, New York, USA - APR 5, 2014
Can courtesy of victor at clocks. Pours a deep blood red body with thin white lacing. Aroma is super fresh funky raspberries - smells like 3font/cantillon level. Mouthfeel is medium tithing with awesome tart raspberries, sour cherries, funk and indoor swimming pool. Incredible. Cletus (6355) - Connecticut, USA - OCT 14, 2005
This is my first sample from this brewer and it was quite an ambitious sample. Orange/yellow with a thin but stubborn head. Great lacing. Smells breaddy with some dust, cherries, cognac, grass. Taste is sour but in a good way with some decent juniper and coriander notes alongside what can best be described as stale butterscotch. Champagne like palate and finish. Very bold for a brewpub.

Only 7 barrels-I would have done a growler. Peach colour with active little white head, lace in glass. Yeasty aroma. Smooth lambiclike, well balanced, long finish. Creaminess from wheat, fruit tartness from cherries. jkwood04 (5448) - Connecticut, USA - MAR 11, 2014
UPDATED: MAR 22, 2015 Big can in a tulip. Pours pink/ruby with a lacy, pink head. Aroma of cherries, band aids, light Brett dryness, light malts, and some weird notes. Flavor the same. Average texture. An interesting beer but I couldn’t drink a lot of it. Edit: 2015 release in a tulip. Pours hazy pink/red with a pink head. Aroma of cherries, some light Brett tartness, and some light malts. Flavor the same with a nice blend. Average texture. A really cool beer, better than last time. jtclockwork (16561) - , New Jersey, USA - APR 6, 2014
Can at 7K/5K. Thanks Victor! Pours pink with white head. Nose/taste of tart cherry, light funk, sour fruit and light acid. Medium body. egajdzis (6574) - Pennsburg, Pennsylvania, USA - JUN 23, 2017
Reddish brown color with a small, off white head that left light lacing on the glass. Lots of cherry, wheat, wood, sour finish. muzzlehatch (4958) - Beloit, Wisconsin, USA - OCT 8, 2005
UPDATED: NOV 22, 2005 Glass at the brewpub. Hazy, opaque and chunky orange-pink with a smallish lasting head...sour wheat, cherry, vanilla and licorice in the strongly earthy nose....faint fruity cherry-sour flavor at first, becomes much more pronounced midpalate, joined with wild thyme, a touch of blueberry perhaps and just a hint of dark chocolate...medium body, fairly yeasty, average carbonation, quite dry and sour to finish.
