Gift from someone that visited the brewery. Pours a bright, cloudy, golden orange. Strong aroma with lots of citrus, especially tangerine and orange. More of the same in the flavor--lots of fruity bitterness, with a little underlying malt sweetness, and some drying alcohol. Bitter finish with some drying alcohol. Outstanding.
UPDATED: MAR 22, 2018 Draught at Stone Escondido. Pours cloudy orange with a medium, frothy white head, long retention. Heavy fruity and citrus hops and bitterness, medium honey and biscuit malt with a medium sweet finish. Full body and medium carbonation. BroSpud (2312) - , Massachusetts, USA - FEB 14, 2018
Sampled during a visit to the brewery. Another excellent DIPA from The Alchemist. Hard to believe it has such a high abv as no alcohol burn whatsoever just delicious hop notes. This one could be dangerous. brnandersen (4561) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - JAN 12, 2018
473 ml. can poured in to a Tulip. Hazy, golden amber colour with a thin white head. Intense, fruity aroma with citrus, peaches, a lightly toasted note, juices, earthy notes and grasses. Taste is bitter. Medium to full body with a creamy texture and a soft carbonation. Finishes lasting dry and bitter with a hefty hops kick. Excellent IIPA. GC1379 (53) - - JAN 1, 2018
16oz can from brewery, enjoyed at home - pours cloudy golden with slight white head - smells of hops on top of hops with light citrus on the back end - tastes just like it smells - strong lingering hop bitterness in the palette.

Can. Clear yellow pour with a white head. Nice malty aromas. Caramel malts and mild fruity hop highlights. Good body and mouthfeel. Jyrsa (1044) - - DEC 22, 2017
UPDATED: DEC 22, 2017 Can. Clear yellow with sediment and small pure white head. Citrus, tropical fruit, passionfruit. Grassy, citrusy, cloudy, a bit off-balance and conflicted hops IMO. Can't taste the alcohol so would think it's an IPA. Still a superb DIPA. Tide (4777) - Helsinki, FINLAND - DEC 22, 2017
