Pour lightt pale yellow, average size white head. Sweet malt aroma very thin and macro tasting. Not much here.

Shared with fatphil, thanks!Very pale yellow, pee & water-like. Doesn’t really smell much. Doesn’t taste much either. My girlfriend came up with the perfect description: BORING.

Ethereal (2471) - Los Angeles, California, USA - JAN 1, 2009
Bottle at tashi’s Lithuanian Fighting Lager tasting, 5th Oct 2008. Another generic Baltic lager. How many more can I take? Not offensive, just very dull. Aroma is not so good.

568ml can. Clear straw body with a low/medium head. Some lacing. Aromas of light bread, hint of wheat dough and grass. Bready flavor, along with some honey, grass and metal.

500ml bottle courtesy of a workmate - Clear gold body, thin white head. Nose is an unremarkable lager standard, a bit yeasty if anything. Flavour has a robust citrus feel about it, sweet and a little sickly, but strangely tasty, even if it is a bit too syrupy. Really not that bad overall.

Vells (1980) - Rīga, LATVIA - NOV 29, 2012
UPDATED: NOV 30, 2012 Clear light golden with medium to thin white head. Lacing OK. Aroma.. thers not much of it.. water, bit malt and bit hops. Nose very poor. Light bittersweet. Theres nothing much pleasant about this beer thou at least theres nothing much unpleasant. If your aim is to have a looong night and get drunk with cheap beer.. go ahead. Good for refreshing purpose.

Bottle sampled with The Mad Indian. Pours pale yellow with a decent size white head. Aroma of sweet malts, with no traces of hops. The flavor is sweet malts and musty yeast. Nothing good here.
