Clear gold color, with a large white head. Horrible sour soapy aroma that’s like old dishwater. The flavor was much better than the aroma thank God. Not great, but better than it smelled. Sweet with no hop presence, but not unpleasant. Marginally drinkable beer. radiomgb (2686) - Peterborough, Ontario, CANADA - JUN 30, 2004
Very pale golden colour. Aroma of very light hops, some corn and possibly some cooked vegetables. Flavour was of mild hops, some grass, mild corn and watery. Light body, mild carbonation. Finishes light, watery and quick. harlequinn (2744) - Tacoma, Washington, USA - JUN 24, 2004
This stuff is not bad, sort of like Warsteiner, in the consistency of drinking a loaf of bread, very doughy with lots of adjuncts. imdownthepub (15160) - Banbury, Oxfordshire, ENGLAND - JUN 24, 2004
Bottled, Pasteurised. Pale straw coloured with carbonated head. Saved for the Latvia v Holland game, sweet malt mash with corn notes and a false hoppiness. Doughy, yeasty, but not disgusting. Crockett (1120) - Southampton, Ontario, CANADA - JUN 11, 2004
Light gold with a thin soapy white head. Light hoppy floral aroma and grass. Good mouthfeel. Sour milk flavours, pineapple/peaches with traces of spice. Finish is washed out. Lacks any real character.

pale yellow, white head. aroma of corn flour and wet dough. very sweet syrupy flavour with maybe a hint of grassy hop. blrh. 5000 (6862) - Hardened Liver, Washington, USA - APR 29, 2004
Bottle pours translucent straw, small milky white, with lively carbonation.   Grass, grains, and malt on the aroma.   Sweet malt taste up front, followed by a slight bitterness.   Finishes with a metallic tinge.   Drinkable, but lacks any real crispness, and the finish is sub-par. Lubiere (14133) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - APR 29, 2004
Yellow fizzy beer with a head which collapses quickly. Initially skunky when poured, with a grassy aroma with slight apples. Very sharp dry hops, with some sweetness and tin can in aftertaste, very light bodied. GregClow (3402) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - APR 26, 2004
UPDATED: AUG 12, 2004 Clear yellow colour with a large, frothy head that leaves some decent lacing on the glass. Aroma of slightly skunky & stale hops and mildly fruity malt. Flavour is sweet, grassy, and a little cidery. Generally inoffensive. Cartoonkhaki (1301) - Brantford, Ontario, CANADA - APR 24, 2004
Golden yellow colour with fluffy fast to go off yellow white head. Sweet aroma, almost like a malt liqour. It's like a typical american standard to me. Really nothing special.
