Draught ata pizza-place close to Stockmans, Riga. Pale golden, white head. Bready, spicy and somewhat metallic aroma. Hoppy spicy flavor, some bread and with a rather long bitter finish. Good to be a latvian lager... TBone (18228) - Pori, FINLAND - APR 9, 2004

Pale hazy yellow color. Nice white foamy head which stays longer than in normal lager, some lace. Aroma is soapy and slightly hoppy. Taste is malty and extremely sweet for a lager, quite full bodied. Some hops in finish.
Can. A pale golden beer with just a tiny, white head on top. The aroma is fruity and grainy with dusty malts. Rather similar flavor, equally uninteresting, but at least there’s a vague hoppy bitterness. Thin on the palate, medium body and pleasant carbonation. Short finish. A superbly uninteresting beer, but at least it doesn’t taste bad. 130111 FatPhil (17080) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - DEC 29, 2007

Light orange, thin head. Decent potent light malt aroma, but a little sour funk spoils that. Does have a little body, but is disappointing. Better than many a pale lager though. MiP (15973) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - SEP 10, 2008
Can, 5.2%. Weak citric aroma. Clear pale yellow colour. Very small white head. The flavour is also citric, has a tolerable mouthfeel and is not too unpleasant.

Clear 500 ml bottle. I like the presentation: Embossed bottle with attractive cap and foil. Color is an apricot tinged gold, seems a little hazy. Pour left really geometrically interesting large bubbles in the bottle. A creamy white head is in the glass. Ripe fruit and grass aromas. Near medium body with soft carbonation. Very smooth, very clean. A little malt, some florality, and some grassiness. It’s very fresh and tasty. Unusual. The finish is nicely bittered. Leaves the mouth feeling clean. 56,8 cl. can. Clear golden colour with a white head. Aroma and flavour of malt, hops, straw and bitter finish. imdownthepub (15336) - Banbury, Oxfordshire, ENGLAND - JUN 24, 2004
Bottled, Pasteurised. Pale straw coloured with carbonated head. Saved for the Latvia v Holland game, sweet malt mash with corn notes and a false hoppiness. Doughy, yeasty, but not disgusting. gunnfryd (15307) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - MAR 23, 2013
Can. golden colour with a white head. Aroma is fruit, malt, hay. Flavour is fruit, malt, apple, hay. Medium to thin body. Boring beer. Lubiere (14155) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - APR 29, 2004
Yellow fizzy beer with a head which collapses quickly. Initially skunky when poured, with a grassy aroma with slight apples. Very sharp dry hops, with some sweetness and tin can in aftertaste, very light bodied.
