Tap at Riverhouse. Light orangey amber with a decent head. /fresh piney aroma with some dank undercurrents. Flavor is a mix of hops with a hint at the Belgian. muzzlehatch (4969) - Beloit, Wisconsin, USA - SEP 4, 2016
12 ounce bottle at Sugar River Pizza Company in New Glarus, WI, served in an iced pint glass. Been a while since I’ve gotten anything in an iced glass - or gotten a bottle at a restaurant, but this place has no draught beer, surprisingly enough. Anyway it pours a thick, almost opaque rust-copper with a thick lasting off-white head...lightly sweet, pungent aroma with a bit of the farm but mostly resinous hops and a touch of orange...yeasty, doughy body is reasonably balanced in the sweet-hoppy characteristics and with some noticeable Belgian funk and dryness as well...very full, moderately carbonated - perhaps it could be just a wee touch fizzier and lighter in the mouthfeel - lightly peppery on the finish. Pretty solid though by no means great; after 2 of my last 3 AA experiences being pretty negative I’ve been wondering whether I should give up on them, but this was decent enough, just as I remember it from 2 or 3 years ago. Slightly hazed light amber color. Tall, lasting canvas colored head. I’m not sure if the fact that I’m doing laundry has anything to do with it, but I’m sure smelling animal piss (sorry, to be graphic, but I got to call it as I smell it), grapefruit zest and light caramel. Very heavy lace. Things do seem to settle down a touch and the green hops overtake the pet’s tinkle tract tendencies. Smooth lightly oily feel that seems a touch lifeless by the time it reaches the back of the throat. Light fruit sweetness in the front, with peaches and melon. Mild spiciness in the middle. Finish has some herbal hops and some cloves from the yeast. An interesting brew 5/10 dwm1034 (785) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - MAY 1, 2016
From a can...pours a bright orange with 1 finger head; nice lacing. Fruity but hoppy nose; slight hop edge with the fruit nose make it a really good taste...will be back; this is a good one; tasty. mcberko (19173) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - NOV 23, 2015
Can, pours a cloudy bright golden orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out a decent mix of dank hops and Belgian yeast. Flavour is similar, with Belgian yeast, dank hops, and earthy dryness. Not overly complex but it works decently enough. Okay.

12 ounce bottle purchased at Archer Liquors Chicago, IL for $1.95 Very good! BrewMstr (194) - Pleasant View, Utah, USA - SEP 18, 2015
Draft at milwaukee location. Belgian yeast, spice notes with hop finish. Clear yellow or with white thin foam. Very nice. JontheVagabond (2) - Janesville, Wisconsin, USA - AUG 5, 2015 does not count
By far my favorite IPA as of current. It has a full but smooth flavor. Dominated by fruity undertones the musty aroma is lessend. With the use of Belgian hops the IPA hits your pallet smoother than traditional IPA and leaves a much cleaner aftertaste. Starting with an almost bubblegum flavor the beer transforms into a bitter citrus flavor that stays in your mouth till the next drink.
Highly recommended Danyel (1609) - Colorado, USA - AUG 4, 2015
Tap at brewery. Pours light brown with orange throughout. Aroma is very piney, lots of tropical fruits. Taste is really nice, the Belgian flavor comes out and blends into the ipa very nicely, a great representation of this style. Overall, very well made.
