Pour a light amber with a finger sized off-white head. Nose is of hops. Very creamy and velvety mouthfeel. Taste is hop forward but with a lingering sweetness of malt and fruit. Pairs well with grilled cheese sandwiches and dill pickles. rockbeer (42) - , Illinois, USA - JUN 6, 2014
From 12oz bottle. Pours a amber reddish brown with a white head. Aroma of earthy floral hops. Tastes of light sweetness and light bitterness. A light fizzy medium body with a slight bitterness that finishes with a slight creaminess.Overall a pretty good effort and fairly smooth for this high of abv. Good effort for a belgium ipa style. naivepegasus (388) - USA - JUN 4, 2014
Pours a clear light orange with about a finger of off-white, slowly dissipating head. Brown sugar and lemon in the nose. Taste of caramel and lemongrass, with a lot of zest that fades into a gentle hop bitterness. This is one of the more interesting, complex IPAs I’ve had in a while. Bottle thanks to Chris. Cloudy bright amber with medium off white head. Lots of citrus aroma and flavor. Some banana and a little clove at the finish. Excellently balanced.TXBadger (2811) - Dallas, Texas, USA - APR 23, 2014

Nice amber color to this Belgian style IPA. Lots of citrus on the nose. Grapefruit and lemon, with a bit of resin and floral hop notes. Unfiltered for a nice mouthfeel.

Served: 12 oz bottle
Look: pours a dark amber color, slight gaze to it. White head that turns thick after a while
Smell: some sour notes like a Belgian IPA. Definite citrus flavors. Lemons. Floral aromas as well.
Taste: definite sour taste.
Feel: bitter is on the end of the taste. Light feel, light carbonation.
Overall: might be a good beer for summer. Kind if refreshing, but not a big fan of the sour notes. Definitely a Belgian IPA with the sour notes to it.

UPDATED: JUL 16, 2016 On tap poured into a shaker. A dry, resin and grapefruit and pineapple aroma start, and are then complimented by a floral note and some bubblegum character. The beer is a clear amber-caramel color with a sudsy white head that has good retention and leaves a sparse, scattered lace. It?s well balanced between moderate sweetness and bitterness with a good amount of soft, foamy carbonation. The medium-full body is somewhere between oily and creamy in texture with very mellow, well blended flavors. It starts with a juicy malt character then finishes with a dry, chalky, citrus rind finish. The aftertaste is mellow and lingers with tastes of toasted bread and caramel. color is murky amber orange with a medium off white head. persistent lacing. aroma is grapefruit. Taste is bright and hoppy. Some citrus notes for sure. Hoppy bitterness fades in slowly. A little bit of the bitterness overstays its welcome in the back of the throat. Not bad, but not the best IPA I’ve had. BrewHaMeister (456) - Wisconsin, USA - APR 12, 2014
24oz stein on tap at Stolpa’s Stein House pours a clear dark copper with a small head. Aromas of Belgian yeast, mild hops, and malt. Very mild bitterness. Nice brew. jahshuwuh (567) - USA - APR 8, 2014
A darker murky golden color with maybe half a finger white head that dissipates quickly. Smells of light sweet floral, honey, cinnamon, coriander, Belgian yeast, horse blanket, pear, pineapple. The taste has a nice blending of the Belgian with the IPA flavors, a nice light honey sweetness, vanilla, caramel, lemon a subtle under lieing hop bitter, honey biscuit at the end. Dry finish a light carbonation. Reminds me of lemon cake. Good summer beverage.
