Hazy orange - amber beer, tidy white head. Light palate, a little dry. Nice sweet tangerine and clementine. Peach and pineapple too! A touch of mango joins the party before the light semi dry finish. Love this combination of citra hops and Belgian yeast!
Bottle courtesy of nuplastikk, thank you sir! Hazy golden amber color, small white head, solid lacing. Aroma of pineapple, citrus. Taste is nicely balanced lightly spiced fruity grass and brown bread. Very nice and easy drinking. mcberko (19824) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - NOV 23, 2015
Can, pours a cloudy bright golden orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out a decent mix of dank hops and Belgian yeast. Flavour is similar, with Belgian yeast, dank hops, and earthy dryness. Not overly complex but it works decently enough. Okay. Ratman197 (15616) - Arvada, Colorado, USA - MAY 27, 2012
Bottle poured a clear orange amber with a small lingering amber head. Aromas of lemon, biscuit, orange zesdt and light yeast. Palate was light bodied and crisp with a dry finish. Flavors of straw, lemon, yeast and light orange zest with a crisp dry bitter lingering lemon zest finish. Tmoney99 (15119) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - AUG 24, 2011
Draft sample. Poured hazy dark copper color with an average fizzy off-white head that mostly lasted with excellent lacing. Moderate to heavy citrus hop and soft fruit aroma. Medium to full body with slick texture and soft carbonation. Medium to heavy bittersweet hop flavor with a medium to heavy bittersweet finish of moderate to long duration. This is a change of pace good beer.

12 ounce bottle courtesy of Mr. Pickles. Thanks! Opened on 5/8/10. This is my first try of Citra hops and of this brewery, and I’m impressed on both ends. This pours a copper color, nearly clear but with a very light hazy from very fine particulates. Medium sized creamy white head shows good head retention and lacing. The aroma is citrus and herbal hops with an earthy bitterness reminiscent of rye, along with some tropical notes. The taste is very hoppy with some leafiness and lots of fruit notes, including citrus, mango, papaya and other tropical fruits. Some caramel and faint toffee in the finish. Definitely hop forward but decently balanced. Very nice beer. Dogbrick (14309) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - AUG 22, 2014
Sample at the brewpub. Hazy bronze-amber color with a medium white head that diminishes steadily to a film. Partial rings of lacing. Aroma of hops, citrus and malt. Medium body with flavors of spicy hops, grapefruit and sweet malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a citrusy hops aftertaste. Above average overall. crossovert (14128) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - MAR 6, 2011
Tastes a ton like the bipa I homebrewed, meaning heavy fruits, a decent mount of hops. This one had a very spicy yeast though, I used the trappist yeast. slowrunner77 (13205) - Reno, Nevada, USA - OCT 4, 2014
"packed with aroma and flavor...toeing the line of some dbl ipas. huge citrus and pine aroma with just a touch of yeast. some yeasty fruit esters also make their presence known in the flavor, with a bit of a dry finish, but it’s the big juicy hops up front. a tasty smooth brew, courtesy of pfoxyjohn."
