What else could you want from a Porter? Roasted Chocolate Malt. That settles it in my book. bradner (91) - Oswego, Illinois, USA - DEC 5, 2010
Poured with a tan head and some lace. Tanish brown head. Nice roasty malty nose with a little dark ripe fruit, cocoa, coffee, a hint of vanilla and chocolate. Flavor is basically the same as aroma. In spite of the richness it’s fairly drinkable. Very full flavored. arkurzynski (2460) - Combined Locks, Wisconsin, USA - NOV 27, 2010
Brown with red hues. Aroma is coffee, brown sugar. Flavor is roasted malts, toffee, mild coffee with little residual. Body is okay but a little thin. Some acidity. Pretty good.
